Specialized manufacturing recruitment

Specialized skill sets for specialized manufacturing.

AMAC Industries finds quality, operations, and engineering talent for aerospace, defense, semiconductor, and medical device manufacturers who need people that already understand compliance-driven work.

Industries we serve

Regulated manufacturing has its own language: quality systems, traceability, audits, and customers who don't tolerate surprises. We recruit people who already speak it.

How we work

You work directly with Mike on every search, from the first call to the accepted offer. No hand-offs to junior recruiters.

  1. Define the role

We align on the must-haves, the compliance environment, compensation, and what success looks like in the first year.

  2. Recruit the market

Targeted outreach to passive candidates wherever the right people are. Most of the right people aren't applying to job postings.

  3. Present and close

A short list of screened candidates, honest feedback on the market, and hands-on support through offer and resignation.

About Mike

I founded AMAC Industries to give specialized manufacturers a recruiting partner who understands their world. Before AMAC, I recruited for medical device manufacturers at a boutique executive search firm, placing everyone from vice presidents to mid-level engineers across engineering, quality, operations, and select sales roles.

I'm based in Saratoga County in upstate New York and work with manufacturers and candidates wherever the search takes me.
